Your ceremony deserves more than a format chosen from a list. These packages are designed to give you clarity from the very beginning, with transparent, all-inclusive pricing, no hidden costs, and the flexibility to choose the level of support that feels right for your celebration, whether that is a wedding, vow renewal, or elopement in the UK or across Europe.
I work with one couple per day, always. That is not a limitation, but a conscious choice. Many celebrations involve travel the day before, and sometimes afterwards, so I typically protect three days around each ceremony. This ensures you have my full attention, and nothing is ever rushed or squeezed in.
If you already have a date or destination in mind, I would encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later. Dates in the Alps, Dolomites, and across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are often secured well in advance. It is always better for us to have a proper conversation early on than for you to miss out.
Our first call is relaxed and completely without obligation. It is simply a chance to hear about your plans, answer your questions, and explore whether we are the right fit. If I am not available for your date, I will always recommend a trusted colleague. The most important thing is that you feel supported from the very beginning.
Two ways of working, depending on your ceremony
I work with couples in two different ways, depending on whether you would like me to lead your ceremony in person, or whether you are planning a more intimate or self-led ceremony, often as part of an elopement or destination wedding.
Both approaches are fully personalised and thoughtfully designed. They simply offer different levels of on-the-day presence.

Luxury “Orchid” – Bespoke Ceremony and Full-Day Hosting
For couples who want their ceremony beautifully crafted and their entire celebration seamlessly hosted, particularly when international or multilingual guest groups are involved, and warm, confident bilingual guidance makes all the difference.
I design and deliver your bespoke ceremony in English and or German, and remain with you as your host and MC, guiding your guests through each stage of the day right up to your first dance. You are free to be fully present, knowing everything is calmly and thoughtfully taken care of.
This package is offered selectively and is especially suited to larger celebrations, five-star venues, and events where guests are experiencing the day in more than one language.
What is included
Concierge-level support
Unlimited communication, bilingual hosting in English and German, full-day booking, liaison with your vendors and on-site team, support for nervous readers, and a rehearsal or walkthrough the day before.
Bespoke ceremony design
Your story and script written in your voice, personalised rituals, vow writing support, ceremony choreography and staging guidance, and help choosing meaningful readings and symbolic elements.
Full-day hosting and MC
Warm, calm guest support throughout the day, timeline coordination with your on-site team, and confident bilingual MC guidance from the ceremony through speeches and on to your first dance.
Premium keepsakes
Printed ceremony script, personal vow booklets, a commemorative certificate, and a personal thank-you gift from me.
Travel and accommodation
Up to two nights’ travel and accommodation within the UK and Europe included.

The most popular choice
A fully handcrafted, original ceremony centred entirely on you: your love story, your personalities, your values, and your beliefs. This is the package most couples choose, and has been at the heart of my work for over fifteen years.
We work together through every stage, from our first conversation to the final script, building something that feels completely true to you both. German translation is included as standard, if wished, and I will be there on the day to deliver your ceremony with warmth, confidence, and emotional care.

Creative Collaboration
Consultation call, unlimited communication, personalised questionnaire, up to five script drafts, bilingual translation as needed, and vow writing support.
Meaningful Rituals
Up to two personalised rituals that reflect your relationship and resonate with your chosen setting. Handfasting, unity candle, wine or beer blending, ring warming, or something entirely your own. Creating bespoke rituals that become your own new traditions is a particular speciality.
Professional Delivery
Presented with personality, confidence, and emotional balance, with support for any nervous readers and a rehearsal or walkthrough as needed.
Keepsake Materials
Printed ceremony script, vow booklets, and a commemorative certificate.
Travel and Accommodation
Up to two nights’ travel and accommodation within the UK and Europe included.

Self-led Ceremonies
Essential “Violet” – Written Ceremony Companion
For couples planning an elopement or intimate destination ceremony who choose to lead the ceremony themselves. Ideal for those who value privacy and presence, while still wanting their ceremony to feel intentional, beautifully structured, and emotionally meaningful.
Your ceremony is created as a Written Ceremony Companion: a fully personalised ceremony written especially for you, designed to guide you gently through the moment rather than feeling like something that simply needs to be read aloud. It provides a clear emotional flow, with guidance on pacing, pauses, and transitions, so the ceremony unfolds naturally and without pressure.
You will also receive personal coaching, either for yourselves or for a chosen friend or family member leading the ceremony, so everyone involved feels confident and at ease on the day.

“Violet” with Ritual – Written Ceremony Companion and Bespoke Ritual
For couples who want to bring a deeper symbolic layer into their elopement or self-led ceremony.
Alongside your Written Ceremony Companion, I design a personalised ritual that reflects your relationship, your values, and your chosen setting. Rituals are especially powerful in natural surroundings such as mountains, lakes, and forests. They create a moment of connection and intention that feels grounded and true to where you are and who you are.
The ritual is written for you to lead yourselves, with clear and calm guidance so it feels entirely authentic rather than performative. As with everything I create, the process is collaborative and unhurried.

Your date is secured on receipt of a booking fee of £400 / €400, after which we move into a simple, unhurried three-step process: regular catch-ups, a clear timeline, and communication entirely on your terms.
